My journey began with a simple desire to enhance natural beauty through meticulous craftsmanship and dedication. Today, I specialize in creating stunning eyelash extensions, including classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume styles, as well as advanced brow tattoo techniques like powder brows and nano hairstroke brows. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Payment Policy at Mai’s Beauti At Mai’s Beauti, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies: 1. 24-Hour Notice: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who are waiting for appointments. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. All future appointments will need to be prepaid. 4. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to keep us on schedule for all clients. Full service fees will still apply. 5. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis. 6. Booking Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. No charges will be made unless the cancellation policy is violated. 7. Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service cost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. 8. Payment Policy: All payments are final.
